- At the delivery
Put the products inside the freezer at –19° C (-0,4° F), in case of Dry Ice rest let them inside the polystyrene box to achieve the sublimation in few time.
- Preservation and tasting
Ice cream in polystyrene tub
If kept at –18° C (-0,4° F) its expiration is six months. Before to be eaten it has to be put into refrigerator at +4° C (39,2° F) for 1 hour. Enjoy it at about 8-10° C (46,4-50° F). Once opened, it could be kept again in the freezer, but be sure the tub is well closed.
- Right handling of Dry Ice
Do not touch the Dry Ice with naked hands, because a lasting touch could causes damages as a frostbite. Dry ice is about –78,9° C (-110,02° F).
Do not eat the Dry Ice, because it is NOT water ice, and it is about at –79,9° C (-110,02° F).
